The assistance to the citizen is a service offered by Com.It.Es., to simplify the communication between the citizen and the Consulate, with the activation of a dedicated number it will offer an information service that will address the compatriot to the consular service suitable for him and the procedure to obtain the same. This will speed up the absurd waiting times and increase the trust of the citizen in the Consulate and the Com.It.Es. itself. The objective is to register as many people as possible in Aire.
